The diary module creates schedules by simply clicking the mouse and it will tell you when you are due to be somewhere even if you don't have Account Manager up and running. Your diary also contains valuable customer information and by using this module you will be able to better understand where your focus has been, which markets give the best return on investment and also an early awareness of underlying product trends etc.

In the Team Server and P2P editions you can not only manage your own diary but any other company member who gives you the proxy. You are able to set different levels of permissions: "no read or write", "read only" or "read and write" capabilities and this is all achieved by simply checking a box. You are even able to schedule an appointment in the field whilst in the offline briefcase mode.
