Firstly, Account Manager will very quickly foster a company wide common language so when anybody states that are at 25% Upside with an opportunity, everybody will know exactly where they are and what is needed to take the opportunity to the next stage. The Team Server and P2P editions work collaboratively, so by simply clicking the mouse you will be able to drill down into any line item and better understand what traction has been made, who is talking to who and what the key milestones are.
Moving an opportunity through the sales funnel will mean answering some straight forward questions which you can customize for your specific needs if you wish. Sales people would rather be "wedded" to their customers and prospects than their computers and we have addressed this need by making the process of creating a sales forecast a simple clickable event which should take less than 30 seconds of time for each entry and because the forecast module is collaborative in the Team Server edition you will also be able to run consolidated forecasts at the click of the mouse.
