We offer a bulletin board system to all our users where you can post questions, request help and support, specify enhancements and discover hints and tips posted by other Account Manager users.

Although Cobault does not guarantee a direct response through this system, we actively encourage all our staff to regularly contribute. In addition, some of our long standing users are more than happy to help out newcomers to our products.

Training

We believe Account Manager is a very intuitive tool to use. However, we also recognize that some organizations do prefer to undertake more formal training courses, for example, during geographically dispersed deployments.
